I love making Christmas cards. I love the bright colours and the season, and I love that these cards might actually get mailed! For my card today I used a sweet mini set by Unity and paired it with Echo Park papers, and I think it turned out so cute!
I made a tent topper card for a change of pace. The card base is 4 1/4" square, and the circle extends beyond the card to 5 1/2", so it fits in a regular A2 envelope! The image and sentiment are stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black and then coloured the ornaments with Copic Markers. I added Glossy Accents to the ornaments for a little shine! Rouge Liquid Pearls were dotted on each of the scallops and I tied red gingham ribbon around the lower portion and fastened a Queen & Co. jumbo brad around the bow.
Are you going to have all your Christmas Cards done in time this year? I have to get a bit of a move on...I've been slacking, but there is so much cool Christmas product arriving daily at Scrapbooker's Paradise, that I will have no shortage of supplies! Stock up now before their sold out...Christmas items are one time purchases and when they're gone...they're gone.
That's it for me! Have a fabulous weekend!
