Happy Friday! I have been spending a fair bit of time cleaning, reorganizing and purging. It's a very slow process, because I have way too much stuff, and way too little room for it. However it can also be very inspiring as you come across "stuff" that you had long forgotton. I also have a major addiction to magazines and it is very hard for me to throw them out. So I decided to quickly flip through a few before they moved on the recycling heaven and I came across an interesting sketch that I really liked. It was in Paper Craft's "Joy of Cardmaking" (it doesn't have a date on it, but mentions a new feature coming in PaperCrafts Feb 2005 issue!!!) and I thought it would be fun to work with for this week's Flourishes Focus. The focus is colouring with Copics. I used Flourishes "Falling Leaves" and I think it came together pretty nice.
I am in love with Basic Grey's "Indian Summer" line of designer paper. The colours are so vibrant and gorgeous. It pairs so well with the bright colours I love working with. I just love the Beautiful Brad that sets off the sentiment...it just worked in so perfectly with the autumn theme and card design!
Flourishes Senior design team has more Copic Coloured creations to share with you! So come with me for a quick visit to each of their blogs!
